Transitioning from military to civilian life can be challenging. Skillbridge is a DoD program designed to help with this transitional period. Leonardo DRS offers Skillbridge opportunities to military service members during their last 180 days of service, so they can gain valuable civilian work experience through vetted industry training, apprenticeships, and internships. Executive Order 14042
As a federal contractor, Leonardo DRS, Inc., is required to comply with the Presidential Executive Order 14042 – Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (“EO”). The EO requires all covered workers of a federal contractor to be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022, unless a medical or religious accommodation is formally approved by Leonardo DRS prior to commencing employment.
Transparency in Coverage Rule – Machine Readable Files (MRFs)
The Transparency in Coverage Rule* requires health plans to publish MRFs that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available. An MRF is a digital representation of data or information in a file that can be imported or read by a computer system for further processing without human intervention. The MRFs can be accessed at the following link: Transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com. The files are updated each month by our vendor, and the link will always access the most up-to-date files.
